Thoroughly enjoyed our spotless and cosy rooms in this hotel.
The food for breakfast was lovely, we got coffee, tea and toast. The location for Dent was marvellous, just next door to the centre of Dent, which is a stunning location, friendly historic pub and Appleby golf course.

Fantastic pub, the hearty breakfast kept us going all day and the friendly staff. Its proximity to Leeds Bradford International Airport made our travel logistics seamless.
Not a single issue.

The fine view from the large first-floor room was a highlight, complemented by a comfortable mattress and lovely linen. Breakfast was a noteworthy experience, generous and delicious, with friendly service, made the mornings pleasant. Although I'm accustomed to ensuite facilities, the arrangement of a washbasin in the room with bathroom access across the landing was not an inconvenience at all. The option for an early breakfast was great for our hiking plans.

Cozy atmosphere with a crackling log fire inviting you in from the cold. The shared bathrooms, while communal, felt surprisingly clean and well-maintained were good.
Showers left a bit to be desired, with unpredictability in water temperature and an overly loose shower head leading to fumbling. The step down from the bathroom struck me as a bit of a hazard without a handrail, something that could catch you off guard in the darkness of early morning. Mattress comfort ranged from decent to lackluster, which might not suit every traveler, especially after a long day on your feet.

The place was super cozy, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed darts and had a hearty breakfast that fueled our hiking. It's good to know they offer bikes storage too! Just a heads up, book dinner in advance. Options are limited.
One downside was the noise from the church bells. Some in our group found it disruptive, though I managed to sleep through it.

A lovely quaint pub with friendly staff offering a generous breakfast. The location in the charming village was perfect, but the décor was slightly dated, and noisy guests could be heard at night. A nice stay worth revisiting.
